How to Request a Return or Refund

If you receive a damaged product:

2. Share a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage

3. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Approval Process

• Our team will review the unboxing video.

• If the damage is verified, the return or refund request will be approved.

Refund or Replacement

• Once approved, we will process a refund or replacement, as applicable.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.

Important Notes

• Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse will not be eligible.
